|Abstract:||Yoel Hoffmann teaches East Asian Philosophy at Haifa University. In 1991 he published his third narrative work. "Krisṭus shel dagim", a postmodern challenging montage of heterogeneous fragments. Through postmodern narrative techniques, this book evokes the author's childhood years, spent in Tel Aviv in the Thirties and Forties. The fragmented structure and bizarre images of this novel are closely related to his Zen studies.|
